For this reason, we do our best to provide you with photographs, and as much information about our products as possible and our customer service representatives are always ready to answer your questions.
But we also know that sometimes, an item still might not suit the exact need it was purchased for.
That’s why, standard with every purchase, we provide a 30-day Money-back Guarantee. You may return the item to us (shipping charges are your responsibility) for a full refund of the cost of the item.
With each item you buy from us, we give you the opportunity to check it, try it and ensure that you are satisfied, for 30 days after you receive it in the mail.
So, in the unlikely event that you receive your purchase and it is not what you expected, simply send it back to us and we will immediately refund you the full 100% purchase price of the item. Please note that the shipping and handling charges may not be refunded unless the items are defective.
IMPORTANT: In regards to shipping time, most orders ship within 4-10 days. There are instances when we receive orders for Blue Bottle Love bottles that we are unable to meet those timelines unless you specifically indicate that you need the order by a certain date. Please let us know in the notes section the date you need the items to arrive by, and we will do our best to meet that date. Thank you for understanding, sandblasting is a timely process. Aloha!
