We usually answer your email inquiries within 24 hours, if not sooner.

Please note the time when calling, as this number is to our home office in Maui, Hawaii. We are not always in the office during “normal” office hours. Please leave a message. Calling several times successively will not help you get someone to pick up the phone. If we are in the office, then we will pick up. We are 2-3 hours behind Pacific time spending upon what time of the year it is. Our time zone is called HST ~ Hawaii Standard Time Zone, so please remember this also if you are calling when it is your morning time. If no one answers, please leave a message and speak clearly and your call will be returned as soon as possible. If you do not get a call back, it may be that we could not clearly hear your message.
